Competition Terms & Conditions

- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

To enter, participants must:

- Submit their full name and a valid email address; and

- Follow the official drainageconsultancy.com Instagram account via the link provided.

- Entries that do not complete both requirements will not be entered into the prize draw.

- The competition closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 19th August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

- One winner will be selected at random on 20th August 2026 from all eligible entries.

- The winner will be contacted using the email address provided. If no response is received within 7 days, drainageconsultancy.com reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

- The prize consists of one game of the winner's choice, subject to availability and a maximum retail value of £70. If the selected game is unavailable, drainageconsultancy.com reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

- If the winner requires a digital copy instead of a physical copy, they must notify drainageconsultancy.com when contacted. Digital copies are subject to platform availability.

- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

- By entering the competition, participants agree that their name and email address may be used by drainageconsultancy.com for administering the competition and, where consent has been provided, for future marketing communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their competition entry, provided they entered before unsubscribing.

- drainageconsultancy.com reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

- Any fraudulent, automated or manipulated entries will be disqualified.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Scott Tailford, or the Just Good Game Show. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
